they said that collectively from all around the world they need 500 application, my points are 75, so I think it is a long shot to get a nomination and sending the original IELTS means I have take the exam again in case any other opportunity come

Yes they need 500 applicants but still i assume there is not harm in providing original. I did the same. My documents are on final stage of getting completed. Aren't you assure that you will get the same or better ielts result next time, God forbidden if you don't go through NBPNP.

Yes I can get it. my documents are almost ready as well
I will send them next week or so
