For the CEC main applicant form is the National Identity Document (NID) mandatory ? and can passport be a NID or we need some other NID

I am from India .. so can i use PAN (equivalent of SIN) card as NID ?

In that space you have to provide national identity card, if your country has.

Don't use passport number here.

India does not have National Identity Document.Leave it blank and nothing to worry...

Dont use PAN. If you have ADHAAR card then use tht or else leave it blank & your PP is considered as NID

You can add AADHAR card Id if you have one , otherwise leave it blank
