National Identity Document for India

Hi , I have already used my passport details for the travel document. I am stumped about the National Identity Document
Should I
1. Reenter the Passport Details
2. Input No , as India doesn't have a National Id
3. I have a Driving Licence and a pan card . Are either of them accepted as a National Id . I dont have an Aadhar Card

Any Help is appreciated

just put NA there.
India doesnt have any national ID.

no amit..i have just applied few days back...waiting for my cc to be charged..

it will take about 2-3 months for that..

its a very slow process..so i am patiently waiting as everyone else in this forum

just put NA there.
India doesnt have any national ID.

Yes this is the best to put NA.
I have also not mentioned any thing in this section.

Should we select the option 'Yes' and then say NA for all fields?
Or just select the option 'No' .. Everything else is greyed out and no need to write NA ??????
