National Document ID - NEWBORN

Received my ITA last May. I gave birth last March 20 which makes my baby a Canadian citizen. However, although in our application we didn't include our daughter in application as UNACCOMPYING, its still request us to provide for her NATIONAL ID. My daughter only has a birth certificate and health care ID. Can either use one of them? How about the expiration date? Service Canada is still close? and we only have few days left. HELP!!

Your daughter shouldn't have been included in the application as unaccompanying. She should not have been included at all in, except in additional family information.
