Name different in LMIA from Passport

I received my LMIA approval and noticed that my name is exactly not as per the passport.

Name on LMIA
First Name: Darshan
Last Name: Bangre

Name on Passport
Given Name: Darshan Lokanatha Rao
Surname: Bangre

Would this be a problem? Please advise
