Im applying for citizenship this month., and by december
Im getting married. Can i change my lastname after i submitted my applucation?
Should i resend my document like passport/pr card with the new name on it?

Yes, you can do it. Yes, you need to submit all the supporting documents.

I did a name change after submitting my citizenship application and it was fine. The rule of thumb is that earlier the better.
