My name was changed when I was a kid (while I was living in my country of origin long time before I applied for Canadian PR) therefore I have my new name on my foreign driver license, foreign passport and Canadian PR card (as foreign document I mean the one from my country of origin). My old name is on my birth certificate.
1) Do I have to send the foreign name change document that links my previous name to my new name (with an official translation) with the Citizenship application?
2) If yes then the "official translation" of this doculent means that I have to send the oryginal translation or copy of translation?
