Name change after PR

Hello, my spouse and I have received our PR and did landing last week.
We are now waiting for our PR cards.
Now, how can we proceed for a name change after marriage.
From where should I start, should I wait for PR card then apply for surname change on passport then again apply for PR card
OR
I can apply for name change on passport while waiting for PR.
Any help will be appreciated

Give it some time buddy.... do not hurry and travel in 2 boats... let the first one gets over. Then start the other...
