Hello my Naija people! Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Please who knows the best way to get CAD at a great exchange rate? A family friend who just got their PR need to convert their settlement funds to CAD. They have seen someone willing to do it at the rate of #290 to 1 CAD. Has anyone seen a better rate in the last 1-2 weeks? Should they wait/look elsewhere or just go for this? Will appreciate opinions from anyone working in a bank or who has a recent experience with banks/malams/ BDCs. Thanks!

You dont have to change to CAD. Its usually easier in USD

It's expensive. Like Provost said, let them go with USD.
