How does the NAFTA agreement work?

Yes you need to have a job offer and then an employer support letter that explains what NAFTA job category you qualify under, the duties of the job, the length of employment, the amount you are paid and any benefits, etc. You need to make sure that it is written with exactly what the immigration officer needs to know, otherwise you will probably be denied.
