The status on MyCIC says Required by '28 February 2013'. Is the that expected processing time completion?

Dont worry about that. As long as you have 'provided' on all documents you should
Be good. That date only counts when you forgot to provide documents or additional documentation
Is required.

It's a renewal, not extension
I know CIC inland doesnt deal with it but dont know what department does
