Hey Guys!

Is anyone else having issues in logging in to MyCIC account?

It keeps showing 'page unavailable', 'internal server error 500' since Friday Oct 14,2016.
 
I think they have been having issues. And there is currently a notice on their site "You may experience delays while using the website. We are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience." When I logged in earlier it had a strange heading for my Spousal Sponsorship Application and no button to click....but when I refreshed it was fixed. Must be intermittent issues. Keep trying! Try another browser as well.

I've been trying since Friday. I ended up revoking my GCkey.
My husband's account was working but not mine.

Thanks for your help though

I haven't but a few have reported having issues. One of suggestions on a similar thread was to try a different browser and clear the cache. Hope that helps! Someone with more experience.

Both Ecas MyCIC seem to work smoothly right now despite the notice at the top of the login page ("You may experience delays while using the website. We are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience.").

However, it is always recommended to clean your browse's cache, first for security reasons, but most importantly to ensure that you're getting easily and quickly any potential update to your application.

I have same problem since oct 14, friday. I couldn' t even able to login today

I ended up signing up with a new GCkey.
It's working for me.
 
I wish I can do the same, but I just mailed my passport(for visitor visa)to the Visa application office. I am afraid to make any change to my acount

then you shouldn't. maybe contact cic or GCkey people if they can help you out with it.

I was never able to login. I just created my GCKey last week and I always get kicked to the home page after I successfully login. I never even get to see the MyCIC dashboard or anything. I don't know what it looks like. Anyone experienced the same thing?

I have the same problem as you. Were you able to find a fix? Is the CIC website having problems?

I've been noticing this problem occurring sporadically for me over the last few days. I assume it's something on CIC's end.
 
Just to be clear, are you saying sometimes you are able to log on and sometimes you aren't?

Yes. I've been able to log in fine today on some occasions, and yesterday, but other times I'm experiencing problems.
 
As of right now I'm unable to sign in to access myCIC! I get kicked back to front page (choice of language: English or French)!
Been trying for over an hour now!

Edit 1: I've been able to sign in finally (after almost 2 hours later).

Edit 2: Just forget the first edit. The service is hectic and working randomly now!
Service unavailable. Access denied as Agent profile not found in Access Manager.
