Mycic is down for 5 days !! Help

Hello eveybody

I cant upload my documents in mycic as it give me a massage of ( System down ... )

Now it has been almost 5 days

I tried different browesers, different PC, I deleted the cookies .. etc !!!

Any Idea how long will it be like this ?!!

Since the issue is only with uploading docs, I am assuming you are able to login to myCIC. If so, can you see a "report a technical issue" tab next to logout tab?

Fill up the entries in "report a technical issue" tab and send it to CIC. Hopefully they'll resolve the issue for you. You will also have evidence that you tried to upload docs but CIC systems did not allow.

Hi joelmath, just to let you know when I click on the links it says '...the page does not exist...'

Just trying to update my details. Just thought you should know in case others are trying and unsuccessful.

Quick update: Managed to access the spreadsheet after changing browser to Google Chrome. However I am not being allowed to type details in the spreadsheet. Look for your guidance.
