Citizenship Site Down?

hi all,

Finally submitted my Citizenship application thanks to help from this group!

Right after the submission, when i tried to logon, i found that it woul not accept my passcode.
When i attempted to restore it with the confirmation code it just gave me the following error:

"Our system is down. Try again later. Is anyone else having the same problems?

I have been having the same login issue since last night.

ok, i thought there was a bug in the system. Can you confirm that you're not able to login either, even after using the code they email you?

I can't even get to the login page, just showing the error message.

hey everyone,

any additional updates? Have folks been able to submit their Citizenship applications? I know mine went in, but I can't access it anymore. Cleared browser cache as well and find this concerning now that it has been 48 hours.

are you using a vpn? try accessing the website using incognito mode on your browser

hey! No vpn, tried using incognito mode as well... just said my password isnt working, then it asks me to rest the password. When i get the code, enter it, and try to use a new password it says, site down.

Strange as I was able to log in last night. Will try again tonight after I got home.

After much research and tinkering, it appears that i may have pressed yes to a suspicious login email from IRCC. So i went back to it and confirmed that it was indeed myself logging in. All good from there. Relieved!!
