MyCIC (gov's online visa-renewal service) not working: Anyone know what's up??

I've been trying to go online to apply for an extension of my visitor record (which expires June 5th), but the MyCIC online service has been out of service for weeks. There's a notice on the website, just saying it's been out of commission since the end of March and they're working on the problem.

Anyone have any insight with this????

No idea, but it does say you should submit a paper application if it's urgent.

It is working fine now..they said if you have already filed a paper app, you don't need to resend.

Actually, while the landing page of MyCIC says it's up and running again, it isn't. If you follow any of the subsequent instructions, you get further pages that still say it isn't working; and . . . yeah, it totally isn't working. SO frustrating!
