Hi there,
you guys have been helping so much thanks fo all your support.

I have a question. My student work permit expires in December. I wont be able to renew it. Will my employer ask me for the extended work permit in December. Do I stop working at my job? What happes if I continue working?

Help please.

1. Your SIN expires the same time as your work permit, the employer is supposed to ensure you are eligible to work.
2. You work without permission, and CIC/CBSA finds out, you will find yourself being sent home.
 
By "student work permit", if you mean the off-campus work permit, you can't renew it unless you continue to be in school after December.

If you will have completed your degree requirements by then, you will be eligible for a post-graduation work permit(PGWP) up to 3 years. To apply, you need a letter from school confirming that you've completed degree requirements and a valid study permit.

Note that if you apply for a PGWP before your off-campus work permit and study permit expire, you will have implied status and can continue working for your employer while you wait for the permit.
 
Ask your employer to apply for LMO for you. Since you are already working with him and if you have a job contract, your employer doesn't need to show proves for the LMO that he was looking to hire somebody. After you get the LMO, you can apply for a work permit extension. So don't quit and try this solution.
