My wife might need to go back to our country while we wait for PPR

Hi everyone.

Long story short: right now we live in Canada, but my wife might need to go back to our country. We are still waiting for an answer from our inland CEC Express Entry (last time I checked everything was in order, and we have only been waiting for 3 months).

We are in implied status because we haven't get yet our BOWP, I know she will lose her implied status if she leaves, that doesn't really matter.

Now, the question is, if she has to go before we get an answer for the PR, I have to notify CIC of that change so she sends her passport to the office in our country if we get the PPR amd it won't affect the process at all?

Also, if she leaves before our BOWP is approved, but it is approved while she is away, can she apply for a visa (we need one) in our country so she can come back (and then I guess change her address again)?

Thank you!
