My wife is canadian citizen living in Pakistan with me, Can I apply from here?

My wife is a canadian citizen and she's living with me in Pakistan. He's not doing any kind of job. Can I apply while she's here or she has to go back to canada and then I will be allowed to apply for spouse visa?

She can sponsor you from Pakistan since she is a Canadian citizen.

she doesn't need to show any income or anything? Like I lived in UK and over there the sponsor needs to show income of £18600 per year
