If you want a work permit, you will first have to find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job. That employer will then have to obtain an approved LMIA. Once the LMIA is approved, you can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.

You have to go through the same process as anyone else. There are no benefits to having a PR spouse - unless you are in Canada and your spouse sponsors you for PR using the inland process.

No - he can't. You were a foreign worker - this is why your wife qualified for an OWP.

The same rule does not apply if your spouse is a PR.

thanks I apreciate your response . Can u tell me does it matter if I apply for her work permit just after a month of our marriage ? We got married 22nd nov 2015.

They may ask for more proof like marriage certificate, invitation and photos etc. One of my newly married friend wife did not get OWP or visitor visa. He waited for one year to get his wife PR.
