hi oosman ,

there's no need to do that , you can renew your study permit once you are in canada , or you can ask the immigration officer at the port of entry to extend the date up to the period, they will do it ,if they say that you should renew it , first check your passport whether it's valid upto that much period

if u r VISA is abt 18months then at the port of entry u can ask the visa officer to extend u r visa right frm the airport ... it will save u r time in futre....

It would be better to extend it at the POE, he would inform you in both ways as to why he didn't or will extend ur visa

ok i had to just ask at poe,that issue me permit for two years program and extend my visa uptill that time
