hello i am applying for Canadian TRV next week for my summer vacation to Toronto this coming June.
10 days vacation due to the duration verified by my employer
from Lebanon - 29 years old Lebanese citizen single man
have a bachelor degree in 2014
been employed for more than 10 years with the last 5 years continuously in the same job with a good salary and i have a letter from my employer verifying the information and permission for my vacation.
i live with my mom (divorced) and 2 young sisters
i don't own any assets here only my car the house we live in is by rent
i am a frequent solo traveler in the last 10 years i have traveled to many countries for tourism including Europe Schengen visa and the US. i have 2 US visas one of them is still valid until 2021 and non-immigrant.
note once i was denied a Schengen visa when i was still a student due to no travel history like 10 years ago but later i had another one and had vacations in Europe and never overstayed any visit.
i wrote a detailed SOP with day by day activities and i already arranged some bookings like city-pass admission cards - a day tour - Niagara falls tour
i have a travel insurance covering my stay
purpose of travel is tourism
i booked my hotel stay and paid a deposit
and have my round trip flight itinerary
i do not have any relatives or friends there in Canada
i have a bank statement with around 9000 CAD

the house lease contract is by name but i did not submit it in my application dunno if it would help or not maybe it affect the financial status

i am applying in advance so i can still have time to manage my vacation in case of refusal or any

do you think i will be granted a TRV?
what you documents you think i can add

what you documents you think i can add
1. Do post the list of documents you intend to submit

2. Don't book plane tickets nor paid hotel reservations. It does not guarantee a TRV approval

3. Apart from the usual sightseeing as the purpose of visit, your application must convince the visa officer why you chose Canada for a holiday and not another country + why a visit of just 10 days?

4. Do you have plans to visit the US on this trip? If yes, do you have friends/relatives in the US that you would be visiting?

5. You must declare your Schengen refusal

6. Are your mom and sisters dependent on you? If yes, what documents can you provide as evidence

Thank you for reply

1. DOCUMENTS:

HOTEL AND ROUND TRIP PLANE ITINERARY
BANK STATEMENT OF LAST 12 MONTHS WITH BALANCE AROUND 9900 CAD
PREVIOUS VISAS WITH STAMPS INCLUDING USA AND SCHENGEN
SOME TOURIST TOURS ARRANGEMENTS ITINERARY
POLICE CERTIFICATE THAT I AM CLEAR
TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY COVERING MY STAY
LETTER FROM EMPLOYER STATING MY SALARY AND TIME WORKING SINCE 2015 WITH APPROVE OF MY 10 DAYS LEAVE
REGISTRATION LEGAL FORM OF THE COMPANY I WORK IN
SOP STATING MY WORK AND EDUCATION AND STATUS AND PURPOSE OF TRAVEL WITH DAY BY DAY AGENDA

2- i just made some refundable arrangements so in case of refusal or any i can rearrange another destination that is why i am applying 4 months in prior

3- why Canada well i have been to African and Asian Mediterranean countries in addition to Europe and USA and i really want to explore around Toronto nothing more in intentions i had my research on the city and loved it and the company i work in granted me only 10 days vacation that is why my time is limited to that as i did a vacation earlier in Austria

4- no plans to visit the US my vacation is only 10 days and i think its almost not enough to see all the attractions

5- yes of course i will declare it also note that later i did had a Schengen visa and made a visit and never overstayed or any

6- well my mother is divorced since more than 10 years and my dad is out of the country in Europe I share the expenses with my sisters - the house lease is by my name dunno if that is considered evidence i gave a certified family certificate declaring the names and status of all my family members

so what do you think do i need more documents ?
and how likely my application will get approved ?
