My transcripts to WES are stuck in toronto-A custom department

My University has sent my educational documents for WES verification. But they got stuck in Canada Border Agency from February 2, 2020, But till now its been 15 days, date Feb 16, 2020, Still now my documents are still with the Customs department.

Please help me sir with this issue... Its really urgent.

You can contact CBSA or Canada Post but you will have to wait. All mail is delayed into Canada because of Covid because of outbreaks in mail processing centres.

Sir, Actually my transcripts are sent from India post and it has reached in Toronto-A custom department. So, would canada post will know about my speed post package(from India post)?

Canada Post has to mail your package. You can call CBSA but because of Covid, packages are stuck at the border for weeks for processing and then Canada Post has to also process incoming mail. Honestly there is nothing you can do. There is such a backlog at Customs and they can only process so many packages/letters per day. So you will have to wait.

Any updates on the customs hold anyone. If you could please share your waiting time for your transcripts stuck at customs. Mine reached there on 10th still the status is showing as customs hold.
 
I have sent 2 documents. Both the documents arrived Toronto on 4th April and presented to CBSA. One of the documents was immediately released in 15 minutes. The other one is stuck at CBSA since 4th April

Anyone got all their parcels delivered? Will be a great help if you can help with the timeline
