I have done bachelors in business administation in 2015 and masters in International Relations in 2018. I have 2.5 years of work experience in social development sector. Can I change my study program to computers/IT now?
And which has a better visa ratio based on my above profile, 2 years Diploma program or 1 year graduate certificate program?

My bachelor was 4 years and masters was 2 years program
