hey guys, I applied for my sister who is married in January and she received a rejection letter 3 weeks after that. Their reasons were purpose of visit and travel history. I invited her for 3 weeks during my final exam. I am suffering from depression and anxiety and also have a 22 months daughter. So I mentioned that I need her help during my final exam. After reading some posts in this foroum I found out helping and dr letter are red flag. What should I do now. I really need her. Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear about your plight. Your school should also have options for counselling, and you can reach out there for immediate assistance. You would also have options for academic accommodation. You can also go to family doctor for the same thing. Your sister's visa is currently an added stressor. Please sort yourself out first before you worry about her TRV. Getting help right away may also give you assistance about this.
