My salary change during my work experience

Hi
I am working as a supervisor
During first three months of my job (april may june )i was on probation and got paid $15/hr ( during severe covid lockdown)
From( july to to april 2021) i will get apply $17/hr
Will this increase in wage will cause any problems when i will apply for CEC?
should I mentioned the pay increase in my employement form or just mention $17 only?
Kindly guide
