I had refugee hearing last week and my refugee claim has been accepted but the member has rejected my wife and child claims. What will happen to them? Can I include them in my PR application? Or I have to sponsor them later? They are both with me in Canada.
Appreciate your response.

You can include them on your PR application but they will remain out of status until then and are technically deportable.

Thank you for your response. Do I need to fill out a different form to sponsor them or my PR application is enough?
