ALHAMDULILLAH, with the blessing of ALLAH ALMIGHTY I got PR.
I came to Canada in September 2011 as a student.
Completed my 2 years diploma in Accounting in December 2013.
Applied for PGWP in January 2014, it was refused in February, because CIC did not receive my Education completion letter (My bad, I did not submit it in correct format)
Applied for PGWP again, got PGWP in March
Started working in March 2014, part time, later full time, and switched jobs.
Applied Regular BC PNP in February 2015,
Took IELTS in February 2015, got more than minimum requirement.
In July realized that I am eligible for BC PNP EE, requested BC PNP to switch my regular BC PNP to BC PNP EE, sent them required forms with copy of IELTS results.
Got nomination in December.
Something went wrong with profile, had to transfer nomination to new EE Profile.
Nomination transferred in Feb
Got ITA on March 09, 2016.
App submitted on March 18 AOR same date.
Tried to keep the profile and app as simple as possible, did not include anything that did not award points.
Mentioned funds as $ 00 in EE Profile and App to avoid extra paper work (CEC applicants do not need to show proof of funds).
Did not declare Canadian siblings to avoid extra paper work, but mentioned them in personal history and letter of explanation.
Submitted the Schedule 4 upfront
Below is my time line
BC PNP CEC
AOR: March 18
Medical Passed: April 27
BG in Progress: April 27
BG Not needed: April 28
BG In progress: May 25
PPR: May 27
PP Sent: May 27
PP Rcvd Ottawa: May 30
Approved and Closed: June 6th
PP Rcvd Back: June 10th
Landed: June 10th

Honestly, I was not expecting it to be that fast, But thank god for the quick processing.

Lessons Learned:
Try to keep your app as simple as possible.
Be patient. Be patient. Honestly if someone would be saying that to me while my app is in process, from inside I would be like, dude you do not have any idea how hard it is to be patient.
But with CIC all you can do is PRAY and be patient. I know it is hard, but again that is the only thing you can do.
While my app was in process sometimes I would check my cic many times a day, I would check reason of rejection thread often and start overthinking and get worried. Please do not do that. That would just make you worried.
Yes I would suggest ordering GCMS every month, which will at least tell you at which stage your app is, and if there is something wrong or missing, you can send it to CIC via CSE.

I would also like to thank senior forum members like Asivad Anac and other who are helping everyone on this forum.
If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer

Many many congratulations, FRENDZ. Great efforts though!

I just needed to ask quick question for you.

Is it advisable to showcase 2-3 months of part time experience to gather points? I worked in Costco and Target for average 2-3 months each.

Shall I showcase that experience to gain points? Or else I should show this experience in personal history and submit documents like ROE at the time of final document submission?

Hi Banmx

you get points for the number of years, not number of months
for example if you have 18 months of experience, you will get points for only 1 year(12 months). you wont get points for those additional 6 months. and if you have 26 months of experience you will get points for 2 years(24 months).
So if those part time experience are contributing towards make your full year's experience then you should add them and get points for them. for example if you have 21 month of experience from somewhere else, and you add those 6 part time months( equal to 3 full time months) then you should get points for those, but if you already have 12 or 24 months of experience, then you might leave that and just add those 6 part time months to personal history and avoid the paper work.

This is just my opinion, based on my understanding of the points system. it can be wrong, please also ask other senior members suggestions on this.

Thanks

Thank you FRENDZ.

I have taken suggestions from other seniors and they suggested same solution.

I will move my Costco and Target experience in personal history.

Awesome Story.... I am now motivated that mine is coming out soonest. My AOR was on February 1st, 2016 (CEC Inland).
Maybe I should request a GCMS note. Please how is that done?

GCMS ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

These can only be ordered from inside Canada either by you or someone authorized to request and receive them on your behalf.
