My PNP package has been returned

Hi everyone,

My package has been returned due to the incorrect information in Imm 5620 fee payment form. I'm very sure I have signed the form. I guess two possible reasons:

1. In section A, Name of payer (if different from the principal applicant) , I still wrote the name of principal, should I leave it blank?
2. In section A, address means the billing address for the credit card or the address for the payer's home? I wrote a living address for principal which is not the same as billing address. Should I leave it blank or write a billing address?

Thanks in advance for your help. I need submit package ASAP since not so much time left before deadline.

Hi clearyo:
It's very unfortunate to see your post. I had a scanned copy of my complete package which was submitted to CIO by my representative.

In my case my representative had purchased a bank draft on behalf of me. And they only filled the form IMM 5620. They just put N/A in both the fields.
 
Thank you very much. My billing address isn't the same as my home address. I guess I should change it to billing address

It means the billing address. When your credit card is being charged they check if the address connected to your credit card is the same as the one you wrote on your form; its some kind of security I guess.

did u got ur application back if so then in how much time or u got info through any other source. I am also expecting my application package return that's why asking u.

I got the information that my package was returned in Dec. 19, but now more than two months, I still don't get it. I can't wait to receive the returned package or I will miss the deadline.

Thanks, would u like to share the source through which u got info about return of application. As I still have no info.

Hi clearyo
Are you going to wait for return of the package or will submitt fresh application
 
I strongly suggest to use a bank draft / Money order instead of Credit Card, since the Queue its like two months to get the payment processed, its beter to play safe and dont risk the transaction.
 
Even I am thinking to apply a fresh application as dont know how long it will take to get file back, waiting for reply from CIO sent them an email on 17th Jan .

How much CIO took to respond over email ? I have sent email of Jan 17, so trying to estimate timeframe here
