My PEQ got refused, can I re-apply?

I'm an international student who applied immigration under the PEQ program. My application got refused because my graduation got delayed. ( I didn't finished my program in 6 months.)

Is there anyone who have similar experience? Can I re-apply? Now I have all the documents it requires.

This thread is more than 2 months old. I happened to just come across it by random browsing through this forum.
I hope you have got an answer to the question and some good advice already. To my best knowledge, PEQ cannot be reapplied after it's been refused. You will be invited to submit application for CSQ under regular path. But, I am sympathetic to your case as the reason for refusal was not exactly your fault. (Indeed, had I applied a bit earlier than I defended my thesis, I might face the same problem... I can imagine how devastated you might feel...) I hope they would let you reapply via PEQ... Maybe you can call them and inquire about your situation specifically?
