My name in the back of my title`s car!!!!

Hi folks::

I am just wandering and i want information please :

i will cross the US border as landed next week

My name is still on the back of the title with the seller signature and notarized.
i just left it like this and didn't flip it to my name in the front to not pay tax here in US because i will not drive the car in US
so i just put temporary tags for 30 days and left my name on the back of the title.

my question is will this be a problem when i will transfer my car and issue a new title and Ontario permanent plates once i will be there?

i hope that i could explain the situation properly.

You might want to call CBSA and U.S. CBP to find out. Many Canadians buy cars in the U.S. and return to Canada with the previous U.S. title signed over to them. I am not sure if your situation is different since you are not yet a Canadian resident.
