Hi Guys

Hope all are doing good.
Sorry for the delay in the landing and job hunting experience..

I landed Toronto on Aug 6th and it was a very smooth process my flight landed at 9am so the counter immigration counter was pretty empty and i was done with all formalities in less than 30 minutes.
Please make sure that you tell the officers to stamp the B4 Forms if you have gold and other valuables which you may bring in next time.

Unfortunately SIN counter was closed for some reason so i went to service ontario and got the SIN number the next day and openedaccount in TD bank, got a credit card too..

I booked my short stay through Airbnb so i took a cab to the address provided and the place was good, it was an Argentinian family very friendly and welcoming people.
It costed me 800 CAD for 25 days.

Next is job hunting, Started applying after 2 days of my landing and Guys i have to say their is a lot of opportunities here in Toronto, I started getting calls the very next day from recruiters and few companies.

I gave 3 direct interviews and 4 telephonic interviews in the last 2 weeks.

I got offers from 2 companies, which have the same title of Quality Manager and same industry which i was working in for last 6 years.
I have accepted the better offer yesterday and rejected the other.
The package is good and I am starting on 8th September.

So guys what i got to say is stick to your field of education and experience, this country have a lot of opportunities and you wont be disappointed in any way so stay confident.
Please don't jump into survival jobs immediately once you land, which is very easy to find here and concentrate more on your existing field.

I will be moving to my new apartment near Square one mall from of 1st of September, so if any one need any help once you here please do give me a shout I would be happy to help.

I would like to thank you all in this forum, all the seniors, experts who helped me in the process from the beginning it wouldn't have been possible without this forum and your help , Much Appreciated.

I wish you all a great success , GOD bless you..

Cheers
Shyam
Congrats Shyam.. Wish u good luck !!!
