I applied for temporary work permit earlier this year along with my spouse (open work permit) and my daughter (study permit). Applications were filed for all three of us during April and we (me & my spouse) had our biometrics.
In July, we got our visa approved me and my wife but did not get any response from my daughter.
I checked with my company and they intern checked with attorney and I am told that a query is raised and we just got one generic response saying, this is still under process.
My daughter is 11 years old, she was not eligible for bio metric or even back ground check. I got one screen shot where this shows it is on hold for eligibility check.
If anyone can help me with this as how long it can take for us to get kid visa and what would be the possible reason for holding this case.
She will travel with me only and I will be working there and take care of all her study expenses.
