Hello, my parents and my brother are thinking about working in canada, because we heard that there are some nice job opportunities. We live right now in portugal, but our nationality is ukrainian.
Neither of mine parants or my brother know english, but they willing to learn.
So I'd like to know if it is possible for them to go work in canada and if it is, what we have to do?

It's extremely difficult to find jobs in Canada as a foreign worker.

Your parents should focus on immigrating (getting permanent residency). In order to qualify to immigrate, they must be fluent in either English or French. Without strong knowledge in one of these languages, it's really not possible to apply.

I got more two questions now. My father is a very skilled truck driver and he would love to work as a truck driver. So which type of work permit he should get? And can he work as a truck driver with a Portuguese driver license?

He doesn't qualify for a work permit at this time.

The first step is to find an employer in Canada who is willing to hire him. That employer then needs to obtain an approved LMIA. Once the LMIA is approved, your father can then apply for a work permit.

If the work permit is approved, this will only allow your father to move to Canada. It will not allow the rest of your family to come too.

No, his Portuguese driving licence is not of use in Canada as a truck driver.
