I applied for CAIPS notes throuugh my consulatnat it tooks exactly 30 day's to deliver. It cost me 10K inr but actual fee to order CAIPS notes is around $40.
don't give a single penny to consultant or anybody if you are having your own credit card or your friends or relatives just ask them and make the transaction its just cause you're around 2400 hundred rupees indian rupeeand time required 30 days it is testing if you got rejected so that you can answer all the reason failed to get your visa
