This is my first post here and I am awfully desperate. I have a valid PGWP for 3 years and decided to leave Canada for one year and then return. During my moving to Korea I lost my PGWP and applied twice for a replacement of work permit which according to CIC my application was not received (both courier I used confirms the receipt of my package). The other painful thing here, that applicants from Korea require medical exams for their permits.
Is it possible that I do a medical exam and enter Canada with a copy of my work permit? I have valid-TRV and job offer and valid (but lost!) PGWP.
