i need some suggestions and valuable advices...
i got my Arranged employment approved thru HRSDC in 2008...
then i applied for my canadian PR thru FSW program in 2008 nov...
in nov 2009 the officer asked me to visit buffalo for an interview...
i applied for usa visitors visa and it got rejected... so i appealed for a telephonic interview...
the visa officer called me in the morning at around 7.15 when i was brushing my teeth
i said that i m not prepared so give me a min...
then she showed concerns about my Arranged employment ... she said that it is bogus and the NOC category under which i applied is not valid as i do not fit in....
well i got a genuine letter from the employer which is still valid...
but according to her my job offer is bogus...
i do not know what can be done now....
can i reappeal?
on what basis?
please suggest...
