My application is test ready for a long time, why?

Hi everyone,
My application is test ready since January 2020 but I did not receive any test invite till today. Is there any thing I can do? Why do you think guys I did not receive any update tile now. My application is very simple and straightforward.

Looks like no application is simple and straightforward nowadays blame "COVID". You didn't receive any update like many of others applicants because people who are supposed to work on your application aren't doing their job.

My application has been "Test Ready" since 24th March. I've not had a single update after that. Applied for notes that were extracted on May 21st, nothing. Called IRCC once, "The next step is for the local office to send you a test invitation" was the response (which I already knew). A webform inquiry fetched the same response.

No one knows why if everything is complete (BG checks done, Immigration checks likely completed, Application is "Test Ready") but there's no test invite.

IRCC has so many mysteries up its sleeve.
