my applicant name is written wrong

:I have applied for temporary resident visa in Canada, but my applicant name is written not correct. but my files uploaded are right.... what should I do ?

can't use as a title in the application not the right surname ?

Was it a mistake by you or an agent? Doesn't really matter, you will have to send a case specific query ASAP to get it corrected.

I have fulfilled this web form and send it to the visa office...is there a chance to get it in consideration and not to penalize me from getting the visa ???
