My AINP rejected On december 8.

can any body tell me what to do.

AINP call me on december 8 and they asked me about my work permit and i told them i applied for LMO an i applied to extend my work permit. But today they send me rejection showing that i applied for work permit extension without LMO and i dont have work permit.
My work permit experied on dec 2 and i got call on dec 8. they should have wait for LMO decision or ask my employer for LMO document to send.

I dont know what to do.....

Help me out.

No ..They opened my file on Dec 8 . Right now my LMO is on process and CIC work permit extension application is also in proces.

Thats sad...leave AINP and go for other options like CEC or FSW if you qualify

For status maintain I have applied for LMO and also for extension of work permit . They opened my file after 5 day of my workpermit expired . They should have tell me to send LMo decumnet so my employer can send .
My job is on c category ...so how can I apply for cec and over class.

I am pharmacy assistance that comes as 3414 .
If my employer give me pharmacy technician title so is that ok ...? Then I can come under b category .
