my account has revoked!!!! please help

my account has revoked on July 1, 2023. I made a new account to link with old account. but it shows there are no applications.

my files has already submitted and biometrics has completed.

today, i received mail from IRCC of status change. I have to check but account has revoked and neither link to new account.

Also, customer care didn't help regarding this. please help me how can i fix my account??

Suggest you remove your personal email address. This is not a government website and it's not a good idea to post your email online.

You can make a new account or try new IRCC portal to see the decision , what kind of application you submitted, from where?
