Hello there,
I am applying for a graduate diploma in engineering at MUN. My application status changed to “Decision Made” today, but I noticed that some documents as the Official TOEFL Score Report and one of Graduate Studies Reference were not marked as a Received.

Did they refuse my application?

They withdraw the application and made refund the application fee. The Graduate program that I applied was discontinued.
