Multiple Visitor Visa Refusals

Hi All,

My sister-in-laws visitor visa application has been refused 5th time, her only sister and mother are PR in Canada. (sis-inlaw is 47Y, father deceased, she is the only one in India).
We have tried everything, genuine documents, she is highly educated and have govt job in India, but still got refusal for family ties in Canada. this 5th time application was done through a immigration lawyer. She just genuinely wanted to visit us.

Has anyone else faced similar situation. Any suggestions please

What were reasons for refusal…only family ties? How often has she applied (applied 5 times in the last couple of years)? What are family her ties to India? If none, that is a big issue if sister and mom are in Canada. Without family ties then chances will are low and will continue to be. She may want to take a break and not apply for at least a year with 5 refusals because it shows desperation to IRCC.

So “mostly” is all refusals was for family ties? Was the last refusal only family ties? What are her family ties to India?
