Multiple Sclerosis Medications

Hi,
I am a new member and my wife and I would like to immigrate to Canada via entrepreneur program . My wife has multiple sclerosis (MS) disease and you know the medication cost is more than 1000USD/month. You know in medical test will not show the symptoms of the MS .
I highly appreciated if you answer my question.

1-Which state does have the best social secure support ?
2-Does the provincial health insurance support us to cover medication during work permit ?
3-If we get PR , does the government support us to cover medication ?

If taking medications costing more than $19000/year there can be a problem. Look at this :-

Canada doesn't have a pharmacare program. You or your employer (if you have benefit program) will be responsible for paying the cost of medication. Not mentioning your wife's MS diagnosis could lead to problems if you are discovered later on.
