I'm in strange situation- I worked in two companies
1) India based XXX where I was on deputation for 5 countries in 2 years but I never stayed 180 days in row in any country. In 2 countries called DRC and Burkina Faso I stayed 170 days in each
2) Labnon Based YYY For 8 months(3 months in Labnon + 20 days Vacation in India + 4.5 months in Labnon).

In EE- I created two employment records
1) For XXX from Jun-2012 to June-2014 and selected country India.
2) For YYY from Dec-2014 to Sep-15 for 8 months and selected country Labnon.

Post ITA- both employment records will be fetched into the Personal Activity. Hence, requesting PCC of Labnon because total 8 months period recorded in Personal Activity.
Case-1 If I don't split work experience in personal activity then It asks PCC of Labnon. I don't have Labnon PCC.
Case-2 If I split both(XXX & YYY) work experience in personal Activity then It asks PCC of DRC(7 months recorded in personal activity from 22-Jan-13 to 13-July-13. Total stay is 172 days but still ask for PC. Because 7 months recorded). I have DRC PCC.

I never stayed more than 180 days in any country.

What should I do?
It still ask PCC because it was one employment record of 8 months in work history.
And same one record of 8 months fetched into the personal activity automatically after ITA and it creates PCC requirement.
Question- If I split in personal activity like Labnon---India-- Labnon, then no PCC requirement.
Is it misrepresentation? Because I am splitting and no PCC requirement.

You shouldn't split it like Lebanon-->India-->Lebanon. Your trip to India will go in Travel History. And even then, it's not compulsory, as there is no need to record trips taken to your country of origin (If India is indeed your country of origin).

It's pretty simple. For matters of consistency, it should go like this:

1/ Work History (If you are claiming points for these two jobs)
-Job at XXX Company from Jun-2012 to June-2014, in India (Even if you were based in another country)
-Job at YYY Company from Dec-2014 to Sept-15, in Lebanon

2/Personal Activity (Don't break them with vacation trips)
-Job at XXX Company from <Date> to <Date>, in <(DRC)>. In description, write it's for India based company, but sent out in <(DRC)>
-Job at XXX Company from <Date> to <Date>, in <(Burkina Faso)>. In description, write it's for India based company, but sent out in <(Burkina Faso)>
-Job at XXX Company from <Date> to <Date>, in <Country 3>. In description, write it's for India based company, but sent out in <Country 3>
-Job at XXX Company from <Date> to <Date>, in <Country 4>. In description, write it's for India based company, but sent out in <Country 4>
-Job at XXX Company from <Date> to <Date>, in <Country 5>. In description, write it's for India based company, but sent out in <Country 5>
-Job at YYY Company from <Dec 2014> to <Sept 15>, in <(Lebanon)>. Do not split it because of your vacation in India.

3/Address History (Again don't break them with vacation trips)
-Address in <DRC> from <Date> to <Date>
-Address in <Burkina Faso> from <Date> to <Date>
-Address in <Country 3> from <Date> to <Date>
-Address in <Country 4> from <Date> to <Date>
-Address in <Country 5> from <Date> to <Date>
-Address in <Lebanon> from <Dec 2014> to <Sept 15>

4/ Travel History
-Although not compulsory to include your 20 day vacation to India, you can. Among all your other trips.

Hope this helps.
