MPNP will open the applying procedure in January??

In august 2014 MPNP had closed receiving applications due to over load or may be changing any strategy... is there any chance to open again application receiving procedure in January 2015 or later??

Hii We all are waiting for News, I have asked the same to immigration department and they informed me to wait until 2nd Jan 15. I wish it could be continue..
