I am an international student (from india), right now i am on my PGWP in Manitoba . I am going to apply for my MPNP in a week . I also want to also apply for my spouse in the same application but my spouse hasn't got her passport yet , its under process in India and it is taking a way more than usual time.
so can i apply for MPNP of my self and my spouse without Passport ?
