MPNP SPONSOR RELATIONSHIP PROOF

Please I need urgent answer to this.
I am a nigerianI and I was issued LAA on 11th May and I need advice on the documents I should submit to prove my relationship with my first cousin who is my sponsor.
My mother and his father are siblings
Please someone should help out

you need to present the birth certificate of your mother, your uncle, your cousin, and yourself.

Birth certificates for both your parents issued by National Population Council. Family pictures where they both appear too would help
