MPNP Settlement Plan (HELP!!!)

Hi all,
Does anyone have a sample about how to write a persuasive settlement and employment plan? Because I have out of province study and work experience, this may be a drawback when officers assessing my application.
any thoughts or suggestions will help!

Write a plan where you praise the province for its unique features probably low housing cost and your own personal plans like marriage and settling down.
