MPNP questions

I have few questions about MPNP.I am a temporary foreign worker
1.Can I change employment after Nomination if I have an open work permit?
2.Do I need to notify CIC or MPNP?
3.Do I have to stay as an employee? Can I work as self-employed or engage in any business?
4.Can I leave the province for few months?
5.Can I get my medical done from outside Canada?

Would any input be greatly appreciated?

i would strongly segest to not do any changes until you get your nomination.
