Hi Krishnasvmohan,

Though we have submitted our application online, the MPNP site doesn't have facility to check the status of our application. Based on the threads I have read. Normally they will send us an email for any additional documents if upon review of our application the PNP officer feels that we need to provide other documents to support our claim in the category which we have applied for. Btw, I have submitted my application last month and below are my timelines

MPNP - FS Category
April 17, 2012 - Submitted Online
April 18, 2012 - AOR with File No. and email request to my sponsor to submit Settlement Plan 2
May 01, 2012 - Sponsor submitted SP2

And since then the waiting game begins! :) If the threads are accurate we should be receiving our LOA in the next 3-6 months. Good luck!

After AOR the next step is to wait for LOA (Letter of Approval). This means that we have been nominated by the province of Manitoba and eligible to apply for PR Visa. I have came across below information from Manitoba site.

The following events may happen to nominated applicants depending on the circumstances:

4. Nominated person may seek temporary work permit.

If you have obtained a job offer from a Manitoba employer after you were nominated by MPNP, the MPNP may issue a support letter for a work permit application.

This will allow you to apply for a temporary work permit at the applicable visa office. If you are currently employed in Manitoba on a temporary work permit, you should contact the MPNP two months before the expiry date of that work permit. We may provide you with a supporting letter that will allow you to apply to Citizenship and Immigration Canada to have your work permit renewed.

Note: The employer must be registered with Manitoba’s Employment Standards Branch before you ask the MPNP for a supporting letter.

@Krishnasvmohan - I assumed that you are referring to MPNP office. If so, you can drop them an email @ mpnpapplicationhelp@mb.gov.ca. I have tried sending them an email previously regarding some inquiry I have had before I submitted my application online and I got a reply the following day. Hope this help :)
